All submissions should made electronically via our online manuscript submission system. Please note that you are required to create an account before you make a submission for the first time.

Peer Review
All articles published under AJoGPL are subjected to a thorough peer review process involving at least two independent reviewers.
The Chief Editor with advice from the subject editor carries out an initial assessment to decide whether the manuscript is relevant and suitable for peer review. Manuscripts that are suitable for consideration are sent for review by independent reviewers. Once the reviewers provide feedback, the chef editor may consider your manuscript with minor or major revisions, or decline your manuscript. In case an author is rejected, the chief editor is obliged to provide the reasons for rejection.
Revised papers will be checked by a copyeditor for spelling, grammar and consistency with the Journal style. Any inconsistencies will be communicated to the author before production.
After acceptance, authors will receive an email informing them about the scheduled publication date including the volume and issue where the article will appear.
Appeals
If AJoGPL declines to publish a paper, the authors are free to submit their paper for publication in any other Journal of their choice. Authors who wish to appeal against our decision must write a letter of appeal to the Editor-in-Chief within a month of receiving the decision letter. The letter should include the following:
- Why you disagree with the decision
- New information you would like the Journal to consider
- Any technical errors identified in the assessment of your manuscript
- Any bias that can be demonstrated
The Editor-in-Chief will respond to the author(s) within one month and will give further guidance depending on the outcome of the appeal.
