Notice on the Temporary suspension of submissions

We wish to inform you that the Journal is temporarily suspending the receipt of new submissions due to a backlog in the review process.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we understand that timely review is important to authors. Our goal is to provide a fair and efficient review process for all submissions, and we have decided to temporarily halt new submissions in order to focus on reducing the backlog and ensuring that all papers are reviewed in a timely manner.

We anticipate that the suspension of submissions will last up to the end of April 2023. We will provide an update when we are able to reopen submissions.
